Can I get extra help as a disabled student?

If you have any kind of disability, we advise you to contact Disability & Learner Support via disability@salford.ac.uk or by calling 0161 295 0023 and pressing Option 1 and then Option 2 to arrange an appointment to discuss your study related needs and any funding that may be available to support you. Students who are recommended a computer through Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) will be required to contribute £200 towards the cost. However, there is support available through the Salford Support Fund for those from low income households.
