There could be all sorts of reasons why your student finance has not been processed:

Check your online account to make sure Student Finance England are not waiting for any documents in order to complete your assessment;

Ensure you have agreed to the terms and conditions of Student Finance by completing and submitting the online Declaration;

Make sure you register for your course when advised by the Registration team and follow their instructions about when/where to pick up your ID. This is the trigger for your money to be released into your bank account.

If you find that you still have not received your student loan payment (whether you are a new or returning student), you can come to the askUS desk at University House to ask if a Confirmation of Registration can be sent to Student Finance England or your funding provider.
