Answer

We are only able to request an urgent letter (within 24 hours) in exceptional circumstances such as a Court Order.  If your letter is not a Court Order stating a date to which you have been told to attend court please request a letter through the link to our website here

If you have received a Court Order from the council you will be required to provide evidence to askUS by email askUS@salford.ac.uk with the evidence of your Court Order before we are able to produce an urgent letter for you.  Please note that once we have seen evidence of your letter we can then process an urgent letter request on your behalf. The urgent letters are processed within 24 hours and sent to student email.
