Answer

We are only able to request an urgent letter (within 24 hours) in exceptional circumstances such as a Court Order.  If your letter is not a Court Order stating a date to which you have been told to attend court please request a letter through the link to our website here http://www.askus.salford.ac.uk/letters. You may request to receive your letter either via post to your term time address or you may select to collect it from University House at the askUS desk, located at the front of the building.

If you have received a Court Order from the council you will be required to provide askUS with evidence of your Court Order before we are able to produce an urgent letter for you.  Please note that once we have seen evidence of your letter we can then process an urgent letter request on your behalf.  The urgent letters are processed within 24 hours and will be ready for collection the following (working) day after 4pm.
