Answer
You cannot PMC for circumstances that are covered by your Reasonable Adjustment Plan, unless there has been a serious exacerbation of disability, such as an unexpected hospital admission. For circumstances other than your disability, the usual PMC (personal mitigating circumstances) eligibility applies.
If you have gone over your coursework deadline (including an extension from Disability & Learner Support) you will need to a submit Personal Mitigating Circumstances (PMC) form.
