I want to make an appointment for a Reasonable Adjustment Plan (RAP). How can I do this?

Answer

Once you disclose a disability we will send you a Registration Form and details of evidence that will be required. Evidence may be from your GP/consultant or an Educational Psychologist Report. If you do not have a current post 16 Educational Psychologist Report then we can support you in arranging an assessment.

If you do not have current medical evidence which states your disability, you can ask your GP to complete our form. The GP can complete this form, which will provide you with the evidence you need.

Once we receive your Registration Form and evidence we will triage your request.

If you have Specific Learning Difficulties, it is not necessary to have a RAP appointment as we have anticipated your requirements. Our Inclusive Support Statement outlines the support available to you. We will also send to you a link so you may request an extension for the submission of coursework or adjustmets for exams. As part of our offer to you if you feel that the Inclusive Support Statement, extensions and exam adjustments do not meet all your needs and you would still like to speak with an Adviser you can book an appointment through the link.

If you have disclosed any other disability, once we have triaged your request, we will send you a link to book an RAP appointment and a link so you may request an extension for course work or adjustments for exams.
