If the equipment is borrowed from the University, please contact the Disability Inclusion Service by calling 0161 295 0023 (Option 1 and then Option 2) or emailing disability@salford.ac.uk

If the equipment is provided by Disabled Students Allowance, you should contact the company that supplied your equipment. You can find the contact information for the supplier on your DSA 2 Entitlement/Approval letter.
