My laptop/DVR is broken or I cannot log in, what do I do?

If the equipment is borrowed from the University, please arrange an appointment with a General Adviser in the Disability & Learner Support service (by ringing 0161 295 0023, choosing Option 1 and then Option 2) and bring in the equipment for the appointment. The General Adviser will aim to identify the issue and resolve, where possible.

 

If the equipment is provided through DSA funding, you should contact the supplier. For example, this could be REMTEK or Barry Bennett. You can find the contact information for the supplier on your DSA Entitlement/Approval letter.
