We would advise you to contact your landlord / accommodation provider in the first instance to raise any concerns and see if you can get things resolved. If after this you’re still having problems with your accommodation or landlord you can access support from the askUS Accommodation Support Team, who have regular appointments available. You can book into one of the appointments by emailing askUS@salford.ac.uk or by telephone 0161 295 0023 (option 3 option 3).
