I’m having problems with my accommodation / my landlord – what should I do?
We would advise you to contact your landlord / accommodation provider in the first instance to raise any concerns and see if you can get things resolved. If after this you’re still having problems with your accommodation or landlord you can access support from the askUS Accommodation Support Team, who have regular appointments available. You can book into one of the appointments by emailing askUSemail@example.com or by telephone 0161 295 0023 (option 3 and then 3 again).
There are also drop in sessions at the CLV accommodation sites and across the University campus where you can speak to the Accommodation Support Team and you can find further detail at your residence.
