When will I receive my certificate?
If you have recently been awarded, you should have received your awards letter from your school confirming your award. This is sent to your University email account. Once you get this, the Student Records team will start producing your certificate, this can take up to 6 weeks from when you received your results letter. The University will post the document to your permanent address (Royal Mail First Class to UK addresses, Air Mail for International addresses), so if you are moving soon, or if you aren’t sure which address you have given the University, this can be updated on the Student self-service system using this link.
