It takes approximately 8 weeks from your school sending out your results letter for the Student Records team to produce and dispatch your certificate and transcript. It may be longer at peak times.
Your certificate and transcript will be posted to your permanent home address (as held on our records at the time that your certificate and transcript are produced by the university). You can check what addresses we hold for you on the Student Self-Service system using this link.
Certificates to UK addresses are sent by 1st class mail. Certificates to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail, or by courier (with an additional charge).
