I have not received my certificate yet

The Student Records team post all certificates to the permanent address we have on file for each student. If you are not sure which address this is, this can be checked and amended on the Student self-service system using this link. The University sends most of its post out via Royal Mail First Class Post or international Air Mail. These are not tracked services so the Student Records team have no information . If your documents have not arrived after 28 days you can request a replacement via email on sa-studentrecords@salford.ac.uk
