Feedback: I tried returning a laptop on 31/09/18 but the touch screen wasn't working. I had to return the next day after it was reset by library staff.

Thank you for your comments card and we are sorry that you were not able to return your laptop on time due to a fault with the lapsafe. Library staff at Media City do check the lapsafes on a regular basis and on this occasion it appears that the lapsafes had gone off line.
Please be assured that, on this occasion, there will be no penalty for returning your laptop late as this was not a fault of your own.
