NHS Athens, (also known as Open Athens or MyAthens) is a way of accessing online resources that the NHS has paid for. In addition to being a valuable resource for the duration of your course, NHS Athens gives you the opportunity to experience accessing NHS resources using their platforms prior to starting work as a professional, giving you real world experience.
NHS Athens is only available to students on NHS-commissioned courses. You will be given details of your NHS Athens username and password at the beginning of your course.
For further advice on NHS Athens, and how and where to use it, please contact your Academic Support Librarian.
