Your NHS Athens account provides access to NHS Core Content, which currently includes:
- BMJ Journals Collection
- ESBCO Databases
- Elsevier Products (including Science Direct)
- Ingram MyiLibrary (ebooks)
- Map of Medicine
- Medicines Complete
- NICE BNF and BNFC Mobile Applications
- NICE Evidence Journals and Databases (including HDAS)
- Proquest Databases
- Springerlink journals
- The JAMA Network
These resources are available for the duration of your course. If you still require access to NHS Athens content upon completion of your course, then you should apply to the NHS Trust that employs you for a new NHS Athens account.
Note: There are some overlaps between the NHS Athens collection and University of Salford library resources, however there are also features unique to each, so it is worth using both resource collections when searching for literature.
To access University of Salford subscribed resources (via Library Search), you will need to use your University of Salford network username and password.
