If an e-resource doesn’t appear to be working properly for whatever reason, then there are a number of things you can do. When you link through to an e-resource, via Library Search, you should be asked to enter your network username and password (the same one used for Blackboard) on the University of Salford log in page:

If you are not directed to this page, then you will need to look on the site for a link to ‘Log in via your Institution / Organisation / Library / Shibboleth’. If there are multiple options for University of Salford, select the one that says ‘University of Salford (network username)’.
