You can find stock data for banks by using Osiris.  Sign in to Library Search and then click on the Databases link from the menu bar.  Click on O, choose Osiris and then link into the database.

Click on Industry in the search box, select type of entities and then select Banks and Financial Institutions or, click on the plus box to see the list of types of banks to focus in more precisely on the type of company you are researching. Make your selections the click on OK.

Use other options from the search box to further refine your search, for example, if you are only interested in bank data for particular countries use the Location option.

When you have finished your search click on the View list of results button.

To add stock data into your results table click on the Columns option from the menu bar at the top of the table.

Click in the plus box next to stock data to display the available options.  Click in the box next to the option(s) you are interested in e.g. the closing prices from the monthly pricing series.

When you select an option a table will appear prompting you to select a time period and currency.  Make your selection and click on OK.

Click on the OK button.  Your selected data will now appear in the results table.  Click on the Export option from the menu bar to export the table to Excel.

More information on the options available for viewing  and exporting stock data can be found by using the help tab within Osiris.  Click on Help, select User guide then click on Search and type in Stock data.
