If you asked for an item through the You want it, we get it service you will be advised by email of its arrival and the collection point.

  • Some material will have been purchased for University of Salford Library stock and be available to collect from the Request shelves from the library site specified in the email.
  • Other material may be loaned to us by another library for you to borrow.  You must collect it from the Enquiry Desk at the Clifford Whitworth library site.

If you have requested a journal article and this is available electronically, it will be sent as a PDF to the email address you included on the request form. If an electronic version of the journal article is not available, then you will be sent a paper copy which you will be able to keep.
