We've developed services to help you access as much of the library's resources as possible from your home or workplace. The Library website gives you access to electronic information sources 24 hours a day and help and support is available online, by telephone and email.
Library Search provides access to all of our e-resources and also allows you to check your library account online from home, where you can renew books you have on loan and place requests on any books you need. More information on your library account can be found here.
Most on campus library services are also available to off campus students, with additional services in place to help you study successfully without visiting the Library in person. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about using our services.
(Please note that some Library services may be restricted to UK-based, registered Salford students in order to comply with certain licensing restrictions. If you are studying on a University of Salford programme based at one of our partner colleges, see our pages for partner students.)
To contact the library team, please any of the contact methods listed at the right hand side of this screen. The chat service is also available 24 hours a day from the Library website and from Library Search.
