Your feedback tells us what’s important to you about Library services and where we need to improve. We will always respond to your feedback to let you know how we will be acting on it. We also look at the feedback we have received from different sources throughout the year, for example, the National Student Survey, comments cards, your School Staff Student Committees, and use it to prioritise what we will be doing over the next academic year. We report on what we‘ve done through our We Listen webpage and Did You Know? posters in the libraries.
