Once an item on your account is requested it will no longer be subject to automatic renewals and, if unreturned, it will go overdue. Any item which has been recalled from your account will be subject to fines if it goes overdue at a rate of 50p a day.

Failure to return an overdue book will result in you being invoiced for its replacement cost.  This will normally occur five weeks after a book has become overdue. Once an invoice is raised you will be unable to use your account to borrow any further books until the invoice has been paid.
