If your ID card is not working properly, then you will need to take it to the main reception in the Maxwell building and ask for it to be rebadged. If it is damaged, then the card will need to be replaced by Maxwell reception. If it has recently been rebadged, then it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to come into effect.
If you have recently had your card replaced, then please make sure you are using the newest card and that all old cards are destroyed as they will no longer work on the access gates or any equipment.
