Yes, you can request for a book to be picked up from a different library site than the one it is normally located in. The only reason you would not be able to request a book to be picked up from a specific library site would be if there were copies of the book already on the shelf there. In that instance, you are expected to come into the library and locate the book on the shelves there yourself, or request to collect it from another library site.
