IT support is available directly from the IT services department Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
They also operate a drop-in service which is in the PC suite on the first floor of Clifford Whitworth Library, between 12 and 2pm (Mon-Fri).
If you need IT help outside of these hours, you can use My IT Desk, available at https://servicedesk.salford.ac.uk/SalfordITSServiceDesk.WebAccess/wd/Logon/Logon.rails, to track and create fault reports or requests.
