If you are unable to log into Blackboard, please ensure you have entered your username and password correctly.
If you still cannot log in, then try resetting your network password (this is also used to log onto University PCs and library e-resources). This can be done via the Password Reset page, which can be accessed via the Student Channel, under the IT resources tab:
If resetting your password does not work, then your account may be locked. In this case, you should either go to any Library Information Desk, taking your ID card with you. If you do not have your ID card, or cannot come into the University, please contact the IT Service Desk by telephone on 0161 295 2444.
