If you are unable to log into your student email account, please ensure you have entered your email address and password correctly. Remember, student email addresses typically end in @edu.salford.ac.uk.
If you still cannot log in, then try resetting your Office 365 password. This can be done via the Password Reset page, which can be accessed via the Student Channel, under the IT resources tab:

Please note: DO NOT reset your email password via the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the Office 365 webpages – please use the Password Reset link on the Student Channel.
