What do I need to be able to fully register?
Answer
You will need:
- An unconditional offer to study with us
- Your student ID number (e.g. @00123456) and PIN number (e.g. 123456) which will be sent to you via email or text message shortly after your place has been confirmed and online registration is open
- To upload a passport-quality photo for your ID card
- To confirm how you will pay your tuition fees. If Student Finance are paying your fees on your behalf, this will automatically update on your account.
If you have not yet had your student finance confirmed, you can set up a payment plan to cover tuition fees and allow you to progress through registration. The first instalment will not be due until the last day of the month following course commencement. This instalment plan can be cancelled once confirmation is received from the Student Loan Company. Once you have received please this confirmation, please contact income-treasury@salford.ac.uk to inform them of this and cancel the payment plan. Please note, if tution fee funding is not granted, you could be liable to pay any outstanding fees.
- To confirm your Right to Study (students with a nationality outside of the EU/EEA only) via an on campus meeting with our Home Office Compliance team.
