When will I receive my certificate?

When will I receive my certificate?

Answer

Once you have been formally awarded, your results letter is sent to your University email account from your relevant school

When your results are released, the Student Records team will start producing your certificate and transcript within one of their batches. More information regarding production and dispatch dates can be found here and under the 'Certificates' - 'Original certificates' headings. If you use the 'Results letter date' as guidance, you can see which batch of documents/month you are likely to be part of.

The University will post your certificate and transcript to your permanent home address, as held on our records. If you have a permanent address overseas, you will receive an email to your university email and your specified personal email address, as per our records, once your documents have entered production. Certificates and transcripts are dispatched to UK addresses by 1st class mail, and to addresses outside the UK by airmail or by courier (there is an additional charge for courier delivery), so if you are moving soon, or if you aren’t sure which address you have given the University, this can be updated on the Student self-service system using this link.
