I have not received my certificate yet

I have not received my certificate yet

Answer

Once you have been formally awarded, you should receive your final results via your university email. If you have received this, you can use our website guidance here to check when you should have received your certificate and transcript. Please check under the 'Certificates' - 'Original certificates' headings and find the corresponding date for when you received your results letter.

Your certificate and transcript will be posted to your permanent home address (as held on our records at the time that your certificate and transcript are produced by the university). You can  check what addresses we hold for you on the Student Self-Service system using this link.

Certificates to UK addresses are sent by 1st class mail.  Certificates to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail, or by courier (with an additional charge).

If you have not received your certificate/transcript by the latest 'received date' to correspond with your results letter, please contact the Student Records team at sa-studentrecords@salford.ac.uk and we can investigate this for you. Students have 3 months from the latest received date in order to inform us of non-receipt and allow us to organise for the dispatch of free replacements.
