What does Location(s) "Online Delivery" mean on my programme/course or personal timetable?

Answer

Each programme team has sought to deliver the timetable elements via the method that is best suited for each course. Below is an indication of what the teaching events on the timetable look like.

If you have any questions about how the teaching will look for your course and how the content will be delivered you should contact your school office.

Scheduled Teaching Elements (synchronous)

Timetables are published at course / programme level via https://tt.salford.ac.uk/ . This page also includes guidance on how to view a course timetable.

This timetable will only display those events that have been scheduled to be delivered at a specific day and time.

These scheduled taught events are delivered face to face on campus or live online.

Live Online events are indicated on your timetable as 'Online'. You should access Blackboard for details of how to link to and view the live online events.  If you have any queries with the online session or Blackboard you should contact your school office.

Pre-recorded Online Events (asynchronous)

These events are pre-prepared by programme teams for students to access on BlackBoard sites.  The recorded events are most likely to be lectures that will be viewed ahead of seminar sessions and available for students to re-watch throughout the trimester.
