My ID card is not working (i.e. I can’t get into the Library)

Answer

If your card is not working, please take it to either the front desk at the Maxwell Building in order to ensure that your access rights are correct.

The member of staff will also be able to advise if your card is non-functional. If this is the case, please email SA-IDCards@salford.ac.uk for further guidance on issuing a new card.
