I need my O level certificates, did the university retain copies of these from my application?

Type of enquiry Employing our students Enquiry HI - I am trying to track down my examination results. I have a Degree in Electronic and Mechanical Systems from the University of Salford - Year of Graduation 1991. I still have my original Salford Certificate. However, I am applying for a teaching position and hope to prove I have the necessary Maths and English O-Level qualifications. I need to have these to enter Salford University. Unfortunately my old school no longer has any records, the examination boards have changed and can not find my information! I would be ever so grateful if Salford still retained information on my results and qualifications. Please help. Thanks Roderick Piwowarski

Answer

Hi ,

My colleague had said they think its unlikely that they would have retained anything from so long ago. However, you could try emailing

sa-studentrecords@salford.ac.uk

and they will search their archives to see if they can recover anything.

I would certainly set things in motion with the information contained at: Get a replacement exam certificate: Who to contact - GOV.UK

I hope you manage to get the proof of results that you need.

Kind regards

Linzi
